Grey short sleeve embroidered guayabera

I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase and the way customer service handled it.

The shirt we received was not what was advertised. The product photos clearly show black embroidery on a grey shirt, which creates contrast and makes the design visible. Instead, the shirt we received had grey embroidery on a grey shirt, using nearly the same color thread as the fabric. The design is barely visible and looks nothing like the product listing.

When we contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they offered a 30% partial refund if we kept the incorrect item, which felt like they were just trying to avoid dealing with a return. We declined and requested either:

a full refund, or

a replacement with the correct shirt shown in the listing.

After that, communication completely stopped. They have not responded to emails, and now it appears they are simply waiting for their 14-day return window to expire so they don’t have to honor the return.

Between the incorrect product, the poor solution offered, and the complete lack of follow-up, the experience has been extremely frustrating.

I would strongly recommend buying from another company that stands behind their products and communicates honestly with customers.
